During our recent family vacation, we stayed at Hotel America for two nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The property itself was cozy and clean, which is always a plus when traveling with family. Despite a late-night arrival, a staff member was there to assist us with check-in and show us to our room, making the process smooth. The rooms had interesting themes named after different places in the USA, adding a unique touch to our stay. While the staff faced some language barriers, Google Translate bridged the gap without any issues. We initially received only two towels for our group of four, but when I requested more, they quickly provided extra, showing their willingness to help. The hotel boasts a tidy atmosphere, and upon our return each day, we found our room made up and fresh linens in place. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch, allowing us to hydrate before heading out for sightseeing. Hotel America served as a convenient base for our family adventures, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to families looking for a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
